Exit Pastificio Urbano
‘A line is a dot that went for a walk’, Vassilij Kandinskij said. In this project for Exit Pastificio Urbano, a restaurant in Milan under the guidance of chef Matias Perdomo, a recurrence of curved lines recalls the existing arches and their geometrical radius. Drawn on the existing structure from the XX century, the whole environment revolves around harmony and balance, enriched by the waves created by Dooor. Spatial fluidity is enhanced by the reconfigurability of the folding doors, blurring the distinction between the intimacy of the interior space and the city outside.
